Job Description ~ Junior Marketing Executive (Content Creator) Job Summary A talented and creative executive to join our dynamic marketing team in the exciting and thriving sports industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for all digital and print channels, ensuring a consistent brand image throughout all materials. As a key member of the team, the incumbent will have the opportunity to showcase the design skills and bring passion for sports to life in the works. With a background in design and experience in creating marketing materials for both digital and print channels, and with a keen eye for details and the ability to work within brand guidelines to create designs that are both engaging and effective. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite are required, as well as experience in working with a team to deliver projects on time and to budget.Job Responsibilities (1) Creative Content Development:- Develop engaging visual and multimedia content (graphics, photography, videography) for social media posts, ads, website product pages, and brand campaigns.- Marketing Initiatives and Campaigns:- Be involved in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.- Assist in event management and social media postings- Handle photography and videography:(2) Brand Management:- Plan and build creative content for our brands in collaboration with marketing personnel, including graphic design and content creation for digital channels.- Coordinate between departments to ensure consistency in brand image and messaging.(3) Photography and videography:- Handle photography and videography techniques and equipment to create visually striking and impactful content.(4) Events management:- Handle planning and executing events, including social media promotion and management.(4) Social media management:- Knowledge of best practices and strategies for social media management, including content creation and community engagement.(5) Web development:- Familiar with web development tools and technologies to optimize website design and functionality.(6) Climbing experience and Interest in sports-related fieldsJob Requirements: - Candidate should have a portfolio of their previous creative work to showcase their skills and experience. Portfolio from your school and academic projects will also be considered.- Candidate will participate in comprehensive training that includes an overview of all aspects of the business, including floor operations in a climbing gym.- Candidate may be required to perform shift work 2 - 3 times a week in the climbing gym- Able to use Adobe Creative suite, photograph and video equipment- Good spoken and written English- Cheerful disposition, team player and good learning attitude
