Communication: Maintain effective relationships with support office teams and contribute to overall business decisions. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in store management. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and experience with retail management systems. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
