Overview HR Executive (Operations) (Temp - 1 Year), Corporate Services. Join to apply for the HR Executive (Operations) (Temp - 1 Year), Corporate Services role at Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) . We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Executive to join our HR Operations Team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and submission of reports/dashboards on HR budget, headcounts and metrics. You will also be involved in leveraging digital tools to optimise and enhance HR functions for higher efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare and clean data to ensure quality and usability for further analysis. Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports/dashboards. Crunch large data and budget amount using Excel spreadsheet. Identify and recommend technology solutions to streamline or refine HR processes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve system issues Respond to queries from staff Submit surveys returns Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resources or a related discipline. Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, xlookup. Experience with visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI and Tableau), RPA and HRP system is beneficial.
