Responsibilities:
-Directly responsible for the laboratory processing and storage preparation of umbilical cord blood units and cord tissue.
-Maintain the laboratory in a clean and organized condition.
-Generate clinical reports as required.
-Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager and Assistant Laboratory Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
-Degree in Biomedical Science or related disciplines
-At least 2 years of experience in blood banks / tissue banks / testing / pathology / research / commercial labs.
-Good aseptic technique, experience in tissue / plant culture and the handling of liquid nitrogen will be an added advantage.
-Experience in maintaining quality records will be an added advantage
-Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
-Able to work independently and without supervision
-5-days work-week including weekends and public holidays, Working hours: 9am to 6pm
