Position: HR Business Partnering Location: One-NorthReports to: HR DirectorWe are helping our client, looking for a HRBP who will be working closely with R&D team to understand workforce needs, support people plans, and drive talent growth. Key Responsibilities Talent Development Design, manage and enhance learning programmes including New Hire Orientation, General Management tracks, Leadership Development, Professional Conversion, and Earn & Learn programmes. Identify organisational capability needs and partner with business leaders and HRBPs to roll out targeted development initiatives. Build and implement leadership development frameworks to strengthen the capabilities and effectiveness of people managers. Lead the organisation's career development strategy, ensuring clear frameworks and pathways to support employee growth. HR Business Partnering Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, performance, development priorities, and succession needs. Lead performance management and talent review cycles, including talent mapping, promotion processes, goal-setting and individual development plans. Support HR operations and projects including payroll coordination, HR policy implementation, and employee lifecycle touchpoints. Prepare HR dashboards, reports and workforce analytics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering roles. Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
