Adjunct Operations Manager

What the role is: Adjunct Operations Manager plays a key role in infrastructure and logistics management, leading and supervising a team of Operations Support Officers (OSOs), as well as upholding and maintaining the safety and security of the school. What you will be working on: You will be involved in various aspects of school operations such as supervising and managing the maintenance of school facilities to ensure a safe learning environment, and lead a team of OSOs for effective school operations. You will also supervise vendors, including Managing Agents and Term Contractors, for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works, and work with Vice-Principal (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals. In addition, you will ensure school compliance with safety regulations and implement and oversee school safety protocols, and support student discipline‑related matters. What we are looking for: Commitment to a 1-year contract A dynamic and motivated individual with good organisational, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills Preferably has experience and knowledge in estate management, logistics, safety and emergency planning Certification as a Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage (to submit certificate where applicable) If you are shortlisted, you will be included on a central register for schools’ consideration till 26 Sep 2025.
