Technical Project Manager

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background who has transitioned into managing and delivering complex IT transformation programs. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical expertise with proven leadership in implementing global enterprise systems such as Salesforce , Oracle ERP , SAP , and other large‑scale platforms. Experience in Salesforce is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Odoo is an added advantage. You’ll work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications. Daily responsibilities include: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global IT projects across CRM, ERP, Billing, and Integration domains. Manage project planning, scoping, budgeting, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Drive technical discussions, translate business requirements into actionable project plans, and ensure alignment between engineering teams and business stakeholders. Oversee multi‑regional technology rollouts, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and change management. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business analysts. Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, and best practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Perform periodic project reviews, track progress, manage escalations, and ensure delivery excellence. Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Manage vendor relationships and ensure external teams deliver according to scope, quality, and timelines. Support pre‑sales activities including solution scoping, estimation, and proposal inputs when required. Qualifications 6–12 years of total experience, including: 3–7 years in project or program management roles. Prior hands‑on technical experience (software development, solution engineering, systems integration). Strong delivery experience with at least one major platform: Salesforce (preferred), Oracle ERP, SAP , or equivalent enterprise systems. Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and data migration processes. Demonstrated ability to manage globally distributed teams and multi‑country rollouts. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client‑facing skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities; adept at managing risks, dependencies, and constraints. Good to have: Working knowledge of Odoo ERP and related modules. Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is an advantage. Experience in telecom, financial services, or large digital transformation programs.
