Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate architectural finishing works , including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry, façade works, doors, and ironmongery installation . Review and check shop drawings , ensuring proper coordination with M&E services openings, duct routes, and structural elements . Review and approve mock-ups, material samples, and workmanship standards in accordance with design intent and project specifications. Oversee waterproofing works and conduct flood tests / ponding tests to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Prepare and follow up on architectural defect rectifications prior to TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) submissions. Coordinate with the M&E team to resolve finishes and services interface details effectively on site. Ensure all architectural works comply with approved RIDs , architectural drawings , specifications , and Qualified Person (Architect) (QP(A)) instructions. Monitor progress, workmanship, and finishing quality , ensuring that completed works meet Client and Consultant expectations . Support the Project Team in achieving timely completion , safety , and quality targets for all architectural trades. Requirements Diploma in Architecture , Building , Interior Architecture , or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience , preferably with a main contractor in building or infrastructure projects. Strong technical understanding of architectural details , finishing materials , and construction coordination . Good knowledge of BCA requirements, QP(A) procedures, and architectural inspection standards . Excellent attention to detail and commitment to finishing quality . Effective communication and coordination skills with consultants , subcontractors , and site teams . Able to work independently, manage multiple trades, and meet project deadlines under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
