At Pico, we specialize in business financial consultancy — helping SMEs secure funding, manage cash flow, and scale their businesses through smart financial solutions. But what truly sets us apart? What You Can Expect Personalised Mentorship & Training You’ll undergo a 2‑week structured training program (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM). Training is led directly by our Founder — a former AIA trainer and ex‑banker with over a decade of industry experience. You’ll learn everything from business financing to client advisory, networking, and credit assessment. Real‑World Learning You’ll get exposure to a wide range of financial products, including: Property refinancing Corporate loans & working capital Hire purchase financing Project financing & cash flow improvement All training is practical, relevant, and designed to prepare you for real client work. Flexibility & Balance: Once trained, you’ll enjoy the freedom to work from home — ideal for parents, side hustlers, or anyone who values autonomy. Unlimited Earning Potential: Effort = Reward. Our newcomers typically earn $8K–$14K within their first 3 months, while top performers take home $30K+. Basic allowance: $500 for travel Additional $100 for every successful cold call Commissions range from 5% of $200K–$500K, with property cases often in the five‑figure range.
