Binance is seeking an experienced QA Engineer (mid to senior level) to support integration testing of our high-performance backend software stack. This involves the entire testing lifecycle, from designing tests to scripting, executing, and continuously improving our automation framework. This is a full-time position with hybrid work options in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to develop, test, and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Design tests and develop scripted Python tests for integration scenarios.
  • Prepare integration test scenarios for unreleased features, integrate into CI pipelines, and ensure QA approval for deployment.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings effectively to teams.
  • Identify deficiencies in existing test scripts and implement improvements.
  • Enhance the integration framework to support better automation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of backend QA experience.
  • Experience with full cycle testing, including manual test design and scripting.
  • Proficiency with UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
  • Experience testing backend services such as APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Fluency in English for coordination with international partners; additional languages are a plus.
