A well-established multinational with a strong global footprint is looking to hire a Senior Group Tax Manager for its corporate headquarters in Singapore. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading group-wide tax strategy, managing international tax risks, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global tax governance and risk management frameworks across regional operations
  • Provide strategic tax advisory for cross-border structuring, M&A, business planning, and transfer pricing matters
  • Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders to identify tax optimization opportunities
  • Manage complex tax audits and investigations globally; liaise with tax authorities and external consultants
  • Support digitalization and automation of tax reporting processes
  • Monitor changes in global tax legislation and assess impact to operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional tax accreditation
  • Minimum 10–15 years of tax experience, ideally from a mix of Big 4 and large corporate/international environments
  • Deep knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and regional tax compliance frameworks
  • Strong experience managing tax audits, cross-border structuring, and risk mitigation
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
