Competitive bonuses Accessible from MRT 12 hours shifts Responsibilities Register patients and ensure accurate entry of personal and medical information into the system Assist in scheduling and rescheduling appointments efficiently to meet patient and clinic needs Attend to walk-in patients and handle general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner Manage payment collections across various payment modes (cash, credit card, insurance, etc.) Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction throughout the entire consultation process Assist the doctor in the consultation room when required, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort Requirements Minimum GCE “N” Level with relevant experience in healthcare or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools. Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
