Job Description Day-to-Day Operations- Perform health policy servicing transactions such as change of plan type, termination, change of payor, and change of payment method within the expected turnaround time.
- Prepare letters after performing the above transactions.
- Conduct regular checks on work done by staff.
- Ensure staff process policy servicing transactions within the expected turnaround time.
- Provide and review user requirements for system changes/enhancements and review test plans on test scenarios.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support company-wide initiatives such as reviewing letters, work instructions, forms, and system enhancements.
- Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the life and/or health insurance industry with relevant insurance qualifications is advantageous.
- Familiar with the business environment and industry practices of insurance intermediaries in individual life or health sectors.
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Able to work extra hours when required.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
