About the role This role entails spearheading our global efforts, encompassing diverse responsibilities such as overseeing paid social media platforms. The role will actively contribute to the development and execution of paid social media strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, they will analyze User Acquisition metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. What you will do Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Focus on driving app downloads, increasing subscription conversions, and achieving CAC targets. Plan, allocate, and optimize media budgets to ensure maximum ROI. Track spend across key global markets. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROI, etc.). Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement. Partner with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to each platform and audience. Test new creative strategies, including video formats, UGC-style content, and localized campaigns. Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives to improve performance. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market trends. Stay updated on paid social media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. Experiment with emerging platforms and tools to diversify the paid media mix. What you will need 3+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably for app-based companies or SaaS businesses. Proven track record of driving user acquisition and achieving CAC targets. Hands‑on experience with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Creativity in crafting and testing ad concepts for diverse audiences. Familiarity with global advertising, including knowledge of local markets in key geographies. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, multicultural team environment. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience working with language learning, education technology, or subscription-based products. Knowledge of localization strategies for ad creatives and copy. Familiarity with influencer collaborations and UGC content for paid campaigns.
