We work globally with high-profile clients in data centres, fintech, HQ offices, and smart buildings. We advise on global technology standards for multinational companies and benchmarking and certification of buildings across the globe. We solve complex technical problems, collaborate as a team, and share knowledge to harness diverse perspectives. The team is based in Singapore near Orchard Central, in Central London near St Paul’s Cathedral, and in Dubai overlooking Dubai Marina. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, client-focused consultant to join our Singapore/Hong Kong/Manila office. You will work closely with senior team members and wider project teams, supporting the design and implementation of ICT systems across infrastructure projects. You will contribute to requirements capture, technical assessments, and developing ICT masterplans, site assessments, feasibility studies, and design specifications, collaborating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams. Your work will involve integrating digital technologies and pushing technology boundaries. Through a foundation knowledge of ICT systems and some work-based experience, you will participate in: Support the technical lead for allocated projects, producing designs that conform to client requirements, health and safety laws, industry standards and best practices. Design ICT physical infrastructure to support passive and active systems such as structured cabling, extra-low voltage building control, and communications systems. Contribute to specifications, design, drawings and delivery of ICT and supporting infrastructure. Be part of the QA/QC process as an author. Develop ICT Performance Specifications using Revit, AutoCAD and BIM, including detailed calculations, technical specifications, drawings, Employers Requirements and tender documentation. Be involved in construction site visits to monitor ICT works, working with senior team members. Collaborate within the wider team and external partners, supporting the delivery of technically excellent projects. Receive support from senior management, including line management, team mentoring and chartership mentoring. Qualifications and Skills Education – Degree level in Electrical Engineering, ICT or Computer Science (MEng, BEng or BSc). Member of a professional institute preferred. 3-4 years of experience in an engineering design consultancy or contractor is expected. Desired traits – Ability to take ownership for tasks and deliverables; organized and confident communicator; capable of gathering client requirements and leading meetings. Experience designing ICT and telecoms systems including: Passive ICT systems (structured cabling and containment). Active ICT systems (Wi‑Fi, GSM). Hyperscale and colocation data centre telecoms infrastructure (including outside plant). Satellite communications, antennas, and aerials. MEP facilities for ICT (power and cooling). Interface between ICT and other building systems (BMS, Security). Leading site visits for surveys, witnessing and commissioning to support design work. Understanding of project resourcing and commercial management (advantageous). Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken English.
