The Finance Business Partner The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing commercial insight, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business. This is not just about reporting numbers, but about partnering with leaders to shape business outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within a large multinational or complex matrix organisation. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — able to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. Solid technical grounding in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent). Experience in project‑based or consulting environments (engineering, infrastructure, or professional services). Exposure to driving transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process improvement, or business change.
