Key Responsibilities Lead strategic growth across key domains including Procurement & Sourcing, Food Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Category Management, Trading, Supply Chain, and Distribution. Build and manage a high‑performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Define strategic priorities in collaboration with senior leaders across SATS business units. Oversee food production operations ensuring cost‑efficiency, safety and sustainability while scaling automation and tech adoption. Develop robust sales pipelines across product categories and geographies to drive profitability. Spearhead product innovation and refresh strategies to expand market share locally and abroad. Lead overseas sourcing, procurement and distribution initiatives. Be directly accountable for business growth, profitability and market leadership. Champion talent development, succession planning and skills upgrading. Drive digital transformation and data‑first operations across all business domains. Collaborate across sectors to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proven leadership in commercial environments with strong performance outcomes. Deep expertise in channel/trade marketing and negotiation. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and market expansion locally and overseas. Strong understanding of food, supply chain and distribution landscapes. Experience in overseas markets and international distribution. Tech‑savvy with a passion for data, AI and digital transformation. High performer under pressure with commitment to quality. Skilled in stakeholder management and government engagement. Entrepreneurial mindset and independent decision‑making ability. Exceptional business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills.
