What You'll Do:

As an integral member of our team, your role will involve:

Operations & Project Support:

  • Manage Grants: Administer and coordinate grants for youth-led projects, ensuring smooth operations, transparent governance, and timely financial tracking.

  • Enhance Processes: Work with cross-functional teams to improve grant management processes, optimizing efficiency and impact.

  • Data & Reporting: Handle data processing, management, and reporting to ensure projects are on track and results are clearly communicated.

Youth Empowerment & Partnership Building:

  • Forge Connections: Develop and maintain meaningful partnerships that inspire youth to take action and create positive change.

  • Support Youth Projects: Connect youth-led initiatives with the right networks, mentors, and funding opportunities to fuel their success.

  • Promote Engagement: Organize and lead events and activities that raise awareness and foster engagement with youth-led projects.

  • Project Management Skills: You thrive in operations and project coordination, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and successfully.

  • Interpersonal Strengths: You're a natural at building relationships and trust with young people, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: You have strong critical thinking skills and can adapt to the evolving needs of youth initiatives and projects.

  • Communication Skills: You're a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can manage multiple projects at once.

  • Team Spirit: You're a collaborative team player but also comfortable taking the lead on projects when necessary.

  • Youth Experience: Experience supporting or working with youth-led projects will be a huge plus

  • Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends, when needed.
