Customer Service Executive Location: Tampines Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri) Salary : $2,800 to $3,500 +OT pay Minimum Diploma in any field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management. Experience in handling customers' inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls. Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae. Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
