Job Description & Requirements Building the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Constructing temporary Molds for concrete structures. Installing beams, posts, and other supports to ensure the stability of structures. Reading and understanding construction plans to accurately construct according to specifications. Using hand and power tools to cut and shape wood to the required dimensions. Working effectively with other construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, and project managers. Performing other construction-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: Relevant experience in structural formwork Good physical condition to carry out hands-on work Ability to read technical drawings and handle tools safely Positive attitude and team player
