Overview

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the design and development of a next-generation B2B mobile app for SME merchants. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape a self-serve platform that empowers small businesses to onboard, manage, and grow — supported by AI-driven insights and automation.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Translate SME merchant needs into simple, intuitive mobile experiences.
  • Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to build a seamless, self-serve journey.
  • Contribute hands-on to UX/UI design when needed, creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Integrate AI-powered features into the app with focus on usability and trust.
  • Run user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to refine product-market fit.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with strong mobile app background.
  • Proven experience in B2B platforms, fintech, payments, SaaS, or merchant services.
  • Strong appreciation of design and user experience — able to collaborate closely with design teams and step in with wireframes/prototypes.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience in Agile product development.
  • Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML products or integrating AI features.
  • Fluent English and daily conversational Mandarin is required given the need to interact with Chinese speaking internal teams.
