Position Overview LOOK CAPITAL is seeking high‑calibre investment professionals to join our investment team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in one or more investment domains — macro, equities, alternatives, or client portfolio advisory — and a demonstrated ability to drive investment initiatives from 0 to 1, turning ideas through solid research into executable strategies. This role is designed for individuals who combine analytical depth with strong project leadership and client advisory capabilities, contributing directly to the firm’s overall investment strategy and portfolio outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead or co‑drive end‑to‑end investment initiatives — from concept design, research validation, to implementation and post‑tracking. Lead or contribute to research and strategy development across macro, equities, or alternative asset classes, depending on expertise. Manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring clarity of goals, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of investment frameworks, data models, and process efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity within the investment team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment management, asset allocation, or research, preferably within a buy‑side, family office, or asset management environment. Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Macro / Multi‑Asset Allocation, Equities (preferably technology sector), Alternatives (fund selection, due diligence, portfolio oversight), Investment Counselling / Asset Advisory. Strong track record of independent project ownership and measurable results. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficient in financial modeling and data interpretation. Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in both Chinese and English. Entrepreneurial mindset, high adaptability, and ability to perform under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. LOOK CAPITAL is an equal opportunity employer.
