Project Officer/ Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement software solutions for experiments and medical applications.Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and data scientists to translate research into technical specifications and efficient software solutions.Participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure software quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and adherence to best practices in software engineering.Contribute to the selection and integration of data storage solutions, AI models, and analytical tools.Document and maintain software functionalities, development processes, and user guides.Stay informed of the latest advancements in AI, data science, and software engineering, applying this knowledge to innovate and improve project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in software development for at least 2 years, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate skills in AI and data science.Expertise in programming languages commonly used in data science and software development, such as Python, Java, or C++.Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a strong plus.Experience working with medical data or in a healthcare-related field is highly relevant.Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to healthcare data is a strong point.
