As a General Manager - Global Immigration at a leading IT sector company in India, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end global immigration operations across APAC, Africa, and the Middle East at IS5 level. In this strategic role, you will not only coordinate but also drive operational excellence, compliance, and automation.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end global immigration operations across APAC, Africa, and the Middle East at IS5 level, coordinating and driving operational excellence, compliance, and automation.
- Oversee offshore immigration operations for diverse global markets, driving process automation, vendor management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with evolving immigration laws and best practices.
- Guide, mentor, and upskill teams, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and leadership to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth visa and work permit processing and ongoing compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, implement SLAs, and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in immigration and global mobility.
- Hands-on expertise in visa and work permit processing for APAC, Africa, and the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of immigration regulations, compliance, and global mobility.
- Experience in vendor management, SLA implementation, and process automation.
- Ability to liaise effectively with embassies, consulates, and regulatory bodies, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Location: Bangalore, India
Salary: 35-40 LPA
