Roles & Responsibilities Job Title Project Scheduler / Planner Location Singapore Role Overview The Project Scheduler / Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules to support offshore and marine operations. The role requires strong hands‑on planning capability, disciplined schedule control, and the ability to produce clear, structured weekly and monthly reports for project teams and management. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules covering offshore operations, vessel activities, logistics, and key project milestones Establish baseline schedules and manage updates, revisions and change impact Produce weekly and monthly schedule and progress reports, including look ahead, critical path analysis, and variance explanations Track actual progress against plan and update forecasts and recovery plans Work closely with project managers, marine operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment Identify schedule risks, constraints, and interfaces, and propose mitigation measures Support management reporting with concise summaries, dashboards, and decision support information Maintain schedule governance, data integrity, and version control Support tender or pre project planning activities where required Requirements 8 to 10 years of experience as a scheduler or planner in offshore, marine, oil and gas, or offshore wind projects Proven experience producing regular weekly and monthly planning and progress reports Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and or MS Project Good understanding of offshore construction, marine operations, and vessel scheduling Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret progress data and trends Able to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment Clear and structured communication and reporting skills Experience in offshore wind, subsea, or marine construction projects Experience with multi‑vessel or campaign based offshore operations Exposure to schedule risk analysis, critical path method, and recovery planning Experience working across Asia Pacific projects or regional operations Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Maritime Studies, or a related technical discipline Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications Tell employers what skills you have Risk Assessment Analytical Skills Offshore Operations Approval Process Project Planning Estimates Planner Primavera P6 Offshore Construction Scheduling Stakeholder Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
