In line with its ongoing growth, it is now seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounting / Consolidation . Roles & Responsibilities Group Financial Reporting : Prepare and review month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end consolidation of Group financial statements and cash flow statements in accordance with SFRS and Group requirements. Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation : Conduct proofing work for foreign currency translation reserves, revenue reserves, and minority interests, and ensure timely preparation and review of balance sheet account reconciliations at the consolidation level with appropriate resolutions. Audit & Governance : Liaise with managers and external auditors to oversee and facilitate the annual audit process, ensuring timely closing of consolidation and cash flow statements, and supporting compliance with financial standards. Systems & Process Enhancement : Perform the role of FCCS administrator and drive transformational initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and internal governance controls, including handling ad‑hoc finance matters as assigned. Key Requirements Recognised Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business‑related disciplines, preferably with a CPA/CA. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with a blend of audit consulting firm and commercial experience. Strong knowledge of SFRS and regulatory reporting standards, with hands‑on experience in full group consolidation, including disposals and new entity additions. Proficient in performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving variances accurately and promptly. Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail‑oriented and adaptable approach in a dynamic business environment.
