Ensure the smooth set up and eventual daily operations of the centre and putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage procedures and patients. Responsible and accountable for the documentation of all procedures/processes and ensure that they are in line with MOH/RTAC directives and requirements for all relevant licenses, as well as any Company’s SOP Plan and manage overall staff roster, inventory levels, and upkeep of equipment, according to expected patient turnout, to ensure sufficient manpower, supplies and services for each day’s operations. Implement an effective appointment management system and monitor performance. Ensure that the department adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures. Maintain a high standard of clinical and service quality and attend to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely, assisting with IVF and other fertility-related procedures. Report on corrective and preventive actions. Train and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support to their clinical skills and professional development Provide feedback about the purchase of products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations. Work with the staff to facilitate patient appointments and enquiries and ensure smooth patient flow during their visit to the centre.
