This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

• Regional Practice Development
  Shape Visa's Commercial Solutions consulting offerings across Asia Pacific, including designing reusable assets and solution playbooks, developing thought leadership content, and supporting market teams with capability building and go-to-market strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert and guide internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across markets.
• Project Leadership & Delivery
  Lead or support strategic consulting engagements addressing high-impact opportunities in commercial payments across Asia Pacific. Help clients optimize SMB portfolios, enable expansion of lower middle market, and identify new verticals to unlock B2B payment flows. Collaborate with data science teams, market consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure actionable, transformative recommendations.
• Business Development
  Contribute to proposal development, guide clients through the sales process, and work with market VCA and account teams to identify and shape new consulting opportunities.

What you will need

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including strategy consulting, commercial payments, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in leading complex consulting engagements and delivering strategic insights.
• Strong capability in developing frameworks, solutions, and recommendations; experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-impact client presentations.
• Ability to synthesize data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable offerings, reusable assets, and thought leadership content.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills; ability to navigate matrixed environments across functions.
• Experience in identifying client needs, qualifying opportunities, and supporting proposal development; ability to guide clients through a consultative sales process.
• Familiarity with internal systems for pricing, approvals, and revenue recognition; detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of the commercial cards and corporate banking, B2B payment trends and regulatory changes in Asia Pacific and globally (preferred).
