Lead finance strategy for Travel Retail in APAC, partnering with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive growth, profitability, and smart decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partner:
    • Advise APAC Travel Retail leaders on financial strategy, growth opportunities, and risks.
    • Present financial updates, KPIs, and insights to regional leadership.
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
    • Analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Track sales, margins, and promotions to improve profitability.
    • Work with supply chain to manage inventory and costs.
  • Compliance & Processes:
    • Ensure compliance with global finance policies and local regulations.
    • Improve financial systems and controls for efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and develop a finance team, including outsourced providers.

Qualifications:
  • 12+ years in finance (consumer goods/luxury/retail preferred).
  • Experience in APAC markets or Travel Retail is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages helpful.
  • Bachelors in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred).
