Overview

As Regional Product Associate Director, you will support the Regional Lead in implementing our growth plans across APAC, focusing on digital and emerging technology offerings. Your role involves working with local teams to develop and market new solutions, understanding local market landscapes, and maintaining collaborative relationships regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve offerings like Guaranteed outcomes, Connected TV, D-OOH, Commerce, and Gaming.
  • Provide industry thought leadership and manage the product lifecycle from research to enhancement.
  • Support regional growth strategies, maintain detailed reports, and coordinate a regional taskforce.
  • Collaborate with local teams to develop solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for regional account teams and clients.
  • Share insights and ensure compliance across transactions.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital and product experience in an agency or media-related company.
  • Strong process and operations skills, client-facing experience, and ability to manage multi-market accounts.
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy, programmatic platforms, and the TV landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
