We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Policy Servicing . Responsibilities Process new policies, policy changes, renewals, and termination of policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations, adhering to SLAs Prepare and maintain department's Standard Operating Procedures Through structured and comprehensive evaluations, monitor the accuracy and timeliness of end‑to‑end processing recording and providing feedback for service improvements Assist customers and agents with inquiries related to policy terms, statuses, and procedures through walk‑in clinics, adhoc calls or emails when required Liaise with underwriting, claims, and other departments to streamline operations and resolve policy‑related issues Deputise the VP of Policy Servicing ensuring minimal disruption to business and continuous coordination of efficient workflow within the team, adhering to set processing timelines Generate reports and summaries as needed to support management decisions and operational improvements Any ad hoc tasks as required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field can be advantageous Previous experience in insurance operations, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Opening up a world of opportunity HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
