Join to apply for the Locum Medical Officer (Anaesthesiology) role at Singapore General Hospital . We are seeking experienced locum doctors with a strong clinical background in general practice/internal medicine, preferably in anaesthetics, to work within the Anaesthesia Pre-admission Clinic (PAC) at Singapore General Hospital. Role This is a clinic-only role. Ideally, the locum doctor can commit at least 4-5 sessions per week. Available sessions include: Mon - Fri: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm Mon - Fri: 1.30 pm - 5.30 pm Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Using Citrix/NHER for patient screening and documentation Communicating with multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, physiotherapists, nutritionists, surgeons, etc. Providing pre-anaesthesia counselling covering risks, methods of anaesthesia, airway techniques, post-operative care, invasive line insertion, etc. Referring and following up with patients with unoptimized medical conditions to polyclinics, GPs, other specialties, dental, etc. Job Requirements You must hold full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
