Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support financial planning and analysis within our fast-moving consumer goods business. Key Responsibilities Maintain full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Monitor and analyze OPEX, CAPEX, and inventory-related costs, highlighting variances and trends. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, WHT, corporate tax, etc.). Support internal reporting for management decision-making, including KPIs and cost control analysis. Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams on cost tracking and financial analysis. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant, CA, ISCA, CPA, ACCA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, packaged goods, food & beverage, retail, or fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environments. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
