R&D Audiologist

We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive R&D Audiologist to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical, research-driven work and is energized by contributing to product development behind the scenes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across R&D, providing audiological expertise, conducting verification activities, and supporting clinical evaluations that shape future solutions in audiology. What you will do Verify and validate audiological performance of products under development (hearing aids, accessories, and fitting software) Coordinate and execute audiological tests of new products Plan and execute perceptual studies of new products and concepts with participants Provide training and support to R&D developers on audiological topics, in relation to hearing aid features and user workflows. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience Confident communication in written and spoken English; Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong team player Solid and demonstrable audiological knowledge, preferably in hearing aid management Genuine interest in understanding hearing aid solutions and features from a technical perspective.
