Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Duties and Responsibilities:* Involvement in the marketing and execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital Markets business;* Conduct financial studies and sales comparable analysis for strata commercial assets, shophouses, etc.;* Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials/information package on sell side transactions;* Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analysis of real estate market fundamentals;* Assist with pitch/marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require. Requirements:* Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate;* Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;* Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;* Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;* Proficiency in English and a second language;* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);* Real Estate Salesperson (RES) License preferred.**Location:**On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
