What you'll be doing Lead cost management, procurement, and contract administration for healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with national and cluster-wide standards Provide strategic support in project planning, budgeting, and monitoring to optimise project delivery and resources Develop, implement, and maintain best practices in cost control, contract administration, and procurement policies for healthcare facilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to provide accurate cost data, advice, and guidance for infrastructure projects Compile and manage a knowledge base of procurement and contract consultations, feedback, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement Support project teams in achieving timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of healthcare infrastructure initiatives Undertake ad hoc assignments that contribute to infrastructure strategy, policy, or operational improvement within the healthcare cluster What we're looking for Bachelor Degree level in Quantity Surveying/ Project Management/ Construction Management or related studies 4 - 6 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Project Management for infrastructure projects, preferably within healthcare or public sector environments Knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) or equivalent contract frameworks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with ability to produce clear reports and presentations Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to cost control, contract administration, and project documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise effectively with project teams and stakeholders Demonstrated passion for contributing to the delivery of impactful infrastructure projects, with strong self-drive and a commitment to quality outcomes Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic project environment Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click "Apply Now " button.We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
