This recruitment effort is in collaboration with e2i – Singaporean / SPR only Front of House - Labrador Park Responsibilities Guest Interaction: Greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Service Delivery: Provide menus, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks, and offer recommendations. Customer Care: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all guests. Operational Support: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and efficiently handle tasks like table setting and clearing. Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house area. Sales & Payments: Handle payments, operate point-of-sale systems, and potentially sell merchandise or food and drinks. Requirements Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, those without certificate must be prepared to go for course Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design). Physically fit.
