Overview

Ipsos Strategy3, a leading brand, marketing, and innovation consultancy, is seeking a driven, self-motivated Principal / Senior Engagement Manager to join our Singapore team of entrepreneurial thinkers who are looking to change the marketing landscape for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements and guide your team on research, setting the vision for deliverables, and presenting brand strategies to CPG and non-CPG clients.
  • Develop brand strategies, segment customer audiences, understand consumer journeys, envision future growth pathways, and guide innovation strategy.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, directly with clients, and translate insights into compelling recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Ipsos Partners, Engagement Managers, and Consultants to ensure ideas inspire clients and the broader marketing community.
  • Contribute to a culture of storytelling that blends creativity with data-driven insights to deliver results.
  • Share your point of view from Day 1 and bring ideas to life across engagements.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to bring clarity to a team in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Cross-functional work experience with a solid understanding of market research.
  • Confidence with “thinking on your feet” and leading workshops with senior executives.
  • Proven ability to develop new offers and capabilities to grow the Strategy3 business.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking with demonstrated competency in specific focus areas.
  • Track record of leading proposals and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Executive presence with the ability to instill trust in top leadership and mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to be a culture add—challenge the mold and help mold our culture by introducing new ways of thinking.
  • Ability to tie disparate information (from social media, census data, keen observation) into a compelling, engaging story.
