This is a junior PMO financial analyst position focusing on accounts payable (AP) and contract management within the Technology platform. Experience in Coupa and AP would be especially valuable. Position title: Junior PMO Financial Analyst (AP and Contract Management). As a junior PMO financial analyst for the Data Analytics platform, you will be engaged in accounts payable and contract management across the platform, complying with the bank's standard policies and processes. You will support the head of PMO, working with various internal stakeholders within Data Analytics, as well as other key stakeholders outside of the Data platform (e.g., Procurement, Finance). You will be responsible for accounts payable activities on a timely basis, validating against supporting documentation, and monitoring and tracking contract renewals. You will work with contract owners and the procurement team to ensure renewals are completed promptly and in compliance with procurement standards and governance. Responsibilities Handle tracking of existing contracts to ensure renewals before expiry and compliance with DBS finance and procurement standards Manage end-to-end contract lodgment process — lodge requests in CLMS, follow up on contract signatories, and initiate PR (procurement request) and PO (purchase order) Monitor lodgment status and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite processes Review and validate vendor invoices against supporting documents such as timesheets, SOW, DOA, etc. Maintain and update the central contract repository in a timely manner Perform initial review of SOWs or quotes to ensure required information is stated (including payment terms, valid start/end dates, rates) Obtain and follow up on valid DOA or approvals as needed Approve validated invoices on a timely basis before the monthly payment cutoff Validate withholding tax forms for overseas vendors to ensure all fields are correctly submitted Qualifications / Required Experience A Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Business / Commerce 3-5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Contract management or PMO Previous experience in financial governance roles is an added advantage Knowledge of PMO analyst, finance processes, risk and project management standards Knowledge of financial and business analysis skills Familiarity with Coupa is an added advantage Attention to detail Team player with good communication skills Solid skills in MS Office Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
