Overview

Achieve Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and relevant industry sales who is interested in the recruitment business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, connecting clients with the right talent, balancing client demands, market trends and candidate expectations, while meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT, Banking, Life science or Manufacturing recruitment space through cold calling, networking or referrals.
  • Manage 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of candidates, offer management and negotiation.
  • Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Business or other related business discipline(s).
  • Proven experience in business development and sales management.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Relevant industry sales experience who is keen to do recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply.
