Sales Account Manager (MNC, 5 days, Tuas, transport provided) S-L – Aurora

Responsibilities- Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery schedules, both verbally and in writing
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
- Monitor market competition by staying updated on pricing, product offerings, lead times, and other relevant data
- Process customer orders efficiently, including order entry, contract review, and invoicing
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong business and interpersonal relationships with existing and prospective customers across Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and meet company-wide objectives and performance goals
- Prepare oral and written reports for management on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive threats, market trends, and opportunities for new products or services
- Consistently achieve or exceed invoicing and booking targets, in alignment with goals set by the Sales Manager
- At least 2-3 years of commercial experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or Oil & Gas
- Diploma/Degree in Business, mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science (or equivalent discipline)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
