Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing international group established in 2013 with diversified operations across renewable energy, fintech, and SaaS solutions. With a strong track record of growth across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the U.S., the company is now entering its next phase of expansion and preparing for a U.S. listing. To support this journey, they are seeking a seasoned Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and capital markets agenda.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • IPO Leadership : Drive all aspects of the group’s IPO, including prospectus preparation, financial audits, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors, while managing capital raising processes and investor roadshows.
  • Listing Preparation : Build Nasdaq-ready financial systems, controls, and audit structures. Partner with U.S. advisors to ensure compliance with listing requirements.
  • Financial Strategy & Control : Oversee group-level FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk management. Implement strong governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Investor Relations : Build and manage relationships with institutional investors across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Deliver quarterly reporting, earnings calls, and investor communications.
  • Leadership & Team Building : Build and scale a high-performing finance team across multiple geographies. Provide financial leadership to support the company’s global expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully leading at least one IPO (U.S. or dual-listing experience strongly preferred).
  • 15+ years of finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role.
  • Industry exposure in renewable energy, SaaS, fintech, or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Strong capital markets network with established relationships with investment banks, auditors (Big 4), and institutional investors.
  • Technical expertise in IFRS and familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance for Nasdaq.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing finance teams across regions.
