AsSenior Marketing Manager , you’ll partner with Product, Design, and Operations to launch and grow KGI’snext‑generation retail futures trading platform . This is a rare0 → 1 opportunity : no legacy systems, no outdated playbooks, no “this is how it’s always been done.” You’ll be the onewriting the playbook and shaping how we grow from day one. What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop go to market strategy in key Asian markets and America. Own the annual marketing plan, budget, and performance tracking. Manage a six‑figure marketing budget to strategically acquire and convert tens of thousands of clients. Campaign Management Lead multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, partnerships). Optimize campaigns for ROI using data‑driven insights and experimentation. Brand & Content Build a compelling brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Oversee content creation — from thought‑leadership articles to video campaigns. Digital Marketing Manage paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO/SEM, and email automation. Track and optimize KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement. Who You Are 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition (fintech or trading experience is a plus). Proven track record of driving user growth — whether fromzero to traction or scaling an existing product to new heights. Both astrategist and an operator — you can design the system and run it. Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building where nothing exists yet. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
