Job Description Provide operational assistance. Provide support in the processing of e-commerce orders. Ensure the accuracy and currency of pricing and product information on e-commerce platforms. Monitor product inventory levels to confirm stock availability. Prepare sales & marketing sales reports. Create promotional artwork for operations purposes. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses. Manage sponsorship inquiries and facilitate the coordination of sponsorships. Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields. Prior marketing experience would be preferred. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing software will be an added advantage. Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Entry level are welcome to apply.
