Learn more at About This Role We seek a passionate, resourceful and detail‑oriented data analytics & insights professional who thrives on data. In this role you will partner closely with market and account leads to identify gaps and opportunities, develop research solutions, and build analysis and measurement frameworks that align marketing, PR and sales objectives. You will oversee internal data integrity and deliver timely intelligence to support multi‑channel campaign planning and execution. Additionally, you will guide internal teams and clients in making data‑informed decisions across brand positioning, communications strategies, crisis management, customer sentiment, brand reputation tracking and more. Purpose of the Role The role will lead a growing Analytics & Insights team across APAC, strengthening support for global markets and the broader Performance Marketing team. You will mentor and develop research and media analysts, support new business efforts, deepen value for existing clients, and design best‑in‑class analytics programmes. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Establish strategic relationships with key clients, providing insight across all analytical aspects of marketing and communications. Act as an extension of lead accounts, mapping back to cohesive program KPIs across workstreams. Ensure excellent client communication at all levels; defining KPIs, deadlines and service agreements. Service / Offering Development Develop new analytics solutions or find workarounds on limited data points to improve work quality and value add. Build strong relationships with research and data partners to stay at the forefront of features, trends and trial opportunities. Design and develop dashboard reporting capabilities for ease of data visualisation, analysis and reporting across objectives such as media/social monitoring and crisis alerts. Commercial Growth Identify and secure upsell/cross‑sell opportunities with existing clients and cascade opportunities across the network. Lead analytics and insights on new business pitches, ensuring deliverables contribute to pitch development of strategic insight, messaging and creative concepts. Track and monitor the revenue growth of the team. Team Working & Leadership Lead a team of research and media analysts, nurturing them to deepen analytics and technical expertise. Guide team members to maximise usage of data tools and share research best practices, including customer insight, benchmarking and industry updates. Lead training sessions with broader team members to improve overall analytical capability within the agency. Drive accountability and empower people to succeed, solving problems, managing projects and multi‑tasking. About You 7–9 years of relevant experience in data analytics, insights and/or research. Advanced media and social listening & analysis, consultancy on listening strategy. Familiarity with Brandwatch, Cision, Meltwater, Talkwalker. Proficient in data scripting/coding (Google Scripts, Python) to expand data extraction beyond syndicated tools. Ability to drive actionable insights by integrating, segmenting and analysing data. Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills, communicating actionable insights to inform marketing/communications programs. Strong understanding of integrated communications; experience integrating PR with digital marketing, content and broader marketing activities. Proven track record of consistently making good decisions through analysis, experience and judgment. Strategic thinker who enjoys consulting with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Experience leading a small team of analysts across markets. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Integrity, humility, self‑drive, sense of responsibility and humour.
