Overview

The role is responsible for the management of MHA-wide enterprise services systems such as Active Directory, Shared Storage, Collaboration services, Applications Maintenance, Patch management, etc., and meeting the specified Service Level Agreements based on existing processes and security policies.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Recommend, evaluate and procure ICT systems to meet MHA/HTX operational needs.
  • Serve as a high-level technical resource on large-scale system/security designs.
  • Manage projects that transition to warranty/maintenance; work with vendors, users and relevant parties to ensure systems in warranty or maintenance phase function and perform to specifications.
  • Establish and promote best practices in maintenance and support.
  • Manage in-service systems to ensure each system's availability to support user operations.
  • Initiate plans to maintain and sustain the functions and capabilities of the systems throughout their life cycle.
What We Are Looking For
  • Tertiary qualification in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or related disciplines such as ICT Technology/Telecommunications;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical consultancy in system/security architecture for enterprise and cloud solutions;
  • Knowledge of File Servers, Application Server, Hypervisors, Domain Controller, Active Directory, GPO, etc.;
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure private and public cloud design, build, operate and migration projects;
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity knowledge and IT/compliance audit;
  • Hands-on experience in IT/compliance audit;
  • Proactive and able to work independently with little supervision;
  • Creative problem-solving skills;
  • Good systems engineering knowledge and understanding of the system life cycle;
  • Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNOW);
  • Prior experience maintaining 24/7 operational systems with tight response and turnaround times.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed for permanent tenure over time based on performance.
