Job Openings SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER (INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK) About the job SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER (INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK) We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated social media marketing manager to join our growing marketing department in the aesthetics and beauty industry. If youre an ambitious, creative individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you. You will be involved in video production, preparing social media posts, social media marketing strategies, SEO content writing, as well as monitoring and managing social platforms. Responsibilities Developing an overall digital strategy for our Tiktok account(s) with trending content. Assist in managing social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & TikTok. Filming and editing engaging videos for TikTok Plan detailed schedules and film and upload content regularly. Adept with social content marketing and understanding of PR/Influencer/KOL marketing. To assist in statistical analysis, and managing campaigns Ability to think outside the box and produce both quick comebacks for audience engagement. Managing and growing TikTok account Work with marketing team to assist with growth strategies to support revenue goals Experience compiling data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long-term execution plans or short-term activations Assisting in any marketing related tasks and events Skill Sets and Personal Attributes Experience in creating TikTok content and designing digital artwork Worked in marketing / communications / digital media with at least 4 years working experience Ability to create TikTok video content/ Instagram Reels Ability to create lifestyle images for Instagram and Facebook purposes Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator software Basic data analysis skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Eye for detail and flair for copywriting Passion in beauty industry Proactive with integrity Team leader / strategist mindset Thrive on challenging dynamic environment and able to make things happen Self-starter with pride in personal & company performance High energy with positive can do attitude, and result driven Able to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
