The Vehicle Claims Executive is responsible for handling and processing vehicle insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and effective communication with insurers, workshops, and internal departments to support smooth claims resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit vehicle insurance claims (accident, theft, damage, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and repair workshops to follow up on claims.
  • Verify and compile all necessary documents related to claims (incident reports, police reports, photos, etc.).
  • Maintain and update claims records in the system.
  • Coordinate with drivers and fleet supervisors to gather accurate incident details.
  • Monitor claim statuses and ensure prompt settlement.
  • Prepare regular reports on claim trends, status, and issues.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to vehicle claims.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in vehicle claims or insurance is preferred.
  • Good understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
