Key Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor stock levels of starting materials, raw materials, and finished goods.• Share and communicate stock availability and movement across all relevant departments.• Prepare packing lists and supporting documentation for both local and overseas shipments.• Inform the Purchasing Department when stock levels are low to ensure timely replenishment.• Track stock usage to ensure efficiency and highlight any issues of wastage or discrepancies.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in accordance with company policies.• Support periodic stock-taking and reconciliation activities.Requirements:• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; further qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management are an advantage.• Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management preferred.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
