HR Ops Specialist (Work Visa) - 1 Year - Central We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Ops Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement strategies to support our growing workforce. Location: Singapore, Singapore ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office Role: HR Ops Specialist (Work Visa) What You\'ll Do: Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders. Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management. Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations. Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience. Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases. Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or related field. ✅ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore. ✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. ✅ Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ✅ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
